| FAQ's What is a virtual tour? A virtual tour of a property consists of a combination of 360 panorama's, partial panorama's, and stills. The objective is to allow the viewer to put themselves at that location, and the viewer has control of the tour. Slide shows and videos are not virtual tours. Why our virtual tours? We have reviewed literally hundreds of virtual tours from all different companies. We do not want to produce the same quality tour everyone else does, but a superior higher quality one. The process of photographing a property doesn't take that long, however it is the post shoot processing that is time consuming. Why change our current system we use? Does your system you use really represent the property online in an effective marketing way? We are experts in effective online listing of large dollar value items on the Internet. In a nutshell, Realtors are experts on selling real estate. Our service allows them to focus on doing that, and at the same time provides them with a tool that will also help them work more efficiently. Does the realtor have to be at the property when we are doing the photos? We have to have either the property owner or the realtor there for the interior photos. For currently occupied properties, the realtor just has to call the owners, and let them know we will be contacting them to schedule a tour time. Once the tour is complete, we will contact the realtor for them to review it online. They will also be emailed the links for the tours. Why have a business tour? As you know there are many types of business'. Depending on what type of business you have will determine the reason. Most tours are done for promotional reasons. Particularly if you are a dealer for any high value sales, you want a tour. What it does is adds credibility to your dealership. People can actually see where you are. Who doesn't like going on vacation? Imagine how great it would be to be able to visually put yourself at that resort you maybe staying at. It would greatly help you in deciding one from another that doesn't have a tour. |
